Since she was twelve years old Gina has loved historic buildings. Over the last 30 years, she has made a rewarding career in the historic preservation profession. Gina M. Douty, Historic Preservation Consulting, LLC was started in 2012 to assist those who have a need for historic preservation services, including: historic preservation and rehabilitation projects, Federal & State rehabilitation tax credits, Section 106 reviews, National Register nominations, building research and documentation, client HARB reviews, and grant writing. Gina has a BS in Architecture/Special Studies Option in Historic Preservation from Penn State University, and an MA in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design. She is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise and a Pennsylvania Small Diverse Business. Her office is in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
